We’re extremely proud to have supported many families in St Austell and surrounding areas during such meaningful moments. Every message we receive is a heartfelt reminder of why we do what we do — to offer comfort, care, dignity and respect when it’s needed most. We recently held my mum’s funeral with Hayley’s Funerals, and I can’t thank them enough for the compassion, professionalism, and care they showed throughout the entire process. Losing someone you love is incredibly hard, but the team made everything feel a little more bearable. From the first phone call to the day of the service, they were supportive, understanding, and attentive to every detail. They helped us create a service that truly reflected my mum’s life, values, and spirit. The staff were kind and respectful, and nothing ever felt rushed or impersonal.
The venue was beautifully prepared, the flowers and music were just as we hoped, and we were given the time and space to say goodbye properly. It brought real comfort to us as a family.
Thank you again to everyone at Hayley's for helping us through such a painful time with dignity and grace.

When my sister in law made her first phone call to Hayley, she was so compassionate. Everything we asked she said she would help with. I can honestly say Hayley and her team went above and beyond to help us at a very hard time. They looked after mum with dignity and respect. They kept us in the loop ringing to make sure we were ok. As a family we highly recommend Hayley's funeral and really can't thank them enough for all they did for us. Hayley has been so kind, caring and genuine and gone above and beyond for us all to ensure our mum got the send off she wanted. We honestly can’t thank Hayley enough for the great service she provided to our whole family when our mother sadly passed away in July. From the moment Hayley arrived at the house with her colleague to collect our mum she came in and was so sympathetic, understanding and lovely to us all. It really felt like we’d known Hayley for a long time and this was the first time most of us met her. Our mum wanted a pure cremation so we respected her wishes and Hayley went above and beyond to meet all of our wishes and even played a video from our brothers before entering the crematorium and kindly sent us a video of them doing so. Nothing was too much and what was the worst experience of our lives, Hayley and the team made it that bit more bearable. Highly recommend this company.

Hayley and her team are amazing!!
Living far away when a loved one dies is so stressful and Hayley was so hands on, compassionate and understanding. We couldn't have done it without her. She arranged embalming, which is highly recommended as was a nice way to say goodbye properly

I met Hayley by chance to be honest and luckily, I decided to stay with Hayley for my dad's funeral. My dad wanted a basic funeral, but I feel the way Hayley delt with everything from beginning to end was absolutely amazing. I couldn’t have wished for anybody more caring & respectful in every aspect from day one to the actual cremation day, Hayley went above and beyond in my eyes and I would highly recommend her. She is a very special person and her team, would very highly recommend.

Hayley and her Team Tracey, Karen and Geordie could not have done anymore for us. It was perfect in every way from the beginning to the end. Nothing was too much trouble.

Highly recommend Hayley and team for looking after a loved one. Hayley was so kind and caring from the moment I had to pick up the phone and call her about our nan right until the end where she even stayed with our nan while she had a direct funeral so that she wasn't alone. This meant a lot to our family as knowing someone was present meant the world to us. Thank you so much Hayley and team x
